"Harco How-To" Video Series Launched

Today we are launching Harco How-To: A Client’s Perspective, a new video series intended to help anyone, anywhere who is facing the task of a construction project. Check it out by clicking here.

We are sitting down with Harco clients and asking, “If you were giving advice to someone embarking on a building project what would you tell them?” We asked about selecting a construction manager or general contractor, about how to resolve problems that arise, about how the owner can help make sure the project is going to meet schedule and cost goals (you know, be “On time and under budget.”) The conversations have been great! 

Our first video in the series features Josh Lane, president of ACDI in Benton, Arkansas. When Access Control Devices, Inc., needed a new home, Harco worked with Lane, his team and architect Brian Black of Black Corley Owen and Hughes. The result was a stunning new office building in downtown Benton. 

In this video, Josh shares about the value of working with a construction management company that is open enough to hear what a client has to say while also experienced enough that an owner can trust the construction manager and architects to do their jobs.
