Summer is Here, School Work Begins

Summer is here, school is out, and that means Harco Constructors is hard at work with school improvement projects. 

“When the halls are empty, we get to work,” said Chuck Harper, Harco president. “We value our school partners, and they rely on us to get work done around the school during these critical summer months.”

Harco has served as a construction manager for Pulaski County Special School District for several years with each summer meaning a slate of projects and improvements that need to be done the summer break. This summer’s projects include new flooring at Baker Elementary and renovations at Oak Grove Elementary. 

In 2015, Harco Constructors started work with KIPP Delta Public Charter Schools by helping establish its new elementary school in Forrest City, Arkansas. This summer, Harco is working with KIPP again, installing new modular classroom buildings for the charter schools expansion of offerings in additional grades.
